Hay Fever – a False Alarm?

While most people are looking forward to the arrival of warmer days, spring is the worst time of the year for fifteen percent of the population: they suffer from hay fever, a kind of false alarm from the immune sys tem which results in sneezing and sniffing. There are some good remedies that may relieve symptoms and some good advice can be given to help cope with these unpleasant disorders.
